Those who are close to this couple, or even have had the opportunity to spend some time with them, know how genuine, kind-hearted, and generous they are. The two of them complement each other and share the same values, ideals, and aspirations. These values and behaviors exemplify Leadercast Worldwide as they join the esteemed leaders worth following in Belize.

Their generosity goes beyond their family and friends as they have reached out to their community in ways that few have. From moral support, monetary donations, sponsorships, and driving the community to step up and assisting in various charity and fundraising efforts. On the top of their list of charities is the Liberty Children’s Home in Ladyville, Belize, which has received over $50,000 in fundraising efforts for the Home.

They have helped raise funds and donated 30 laptops to the San Pedro High School (SPHS), $10,000 to Oceana in Belize, and a long-awaited ultrasound machine to the Dr. Otto Rodriguez Poly Clinic. They even stepped up to provide $10,000 for the San Pedro High School Baseball team when they needed funds to travel and compete in the Panama Central American Regional Competitions.  Furthermore, they keep sponsoring Government Reading Programs, Coral Ed-Ventures Summer Camps, and the Tres Pescados Fishing Tournament, to name a few.

During the unexpected economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, they focused on feeding those in need when they lost their livelihoods. Both are no strangers to rolling up their sleeves and getting to work during these difficult times on the island. They have pulled together volunteers and staff in the kitchen, preparing hot meals and grocery bags to deliver to hundreds of people in need. Primarily focused on seniors, the hot meals are delivered every Thursday, and the menu varies weekly. We believe that that we’re only as smart, healthy, and happy as our friends and neighbors, which is why we’re committed to continuing using our businesses to make a difference in people’s lives.” These leaders are not flamboyant with their personal lives, particularly with all the charity work they do. They are very humble, not wanting to be in the spotlight every time they reach out to make a difference in their community.
