1. Maintenance Personnel
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience using Gardening & maintenance equipment
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to follow schedules
- Applicant must reside on the Island
2. Security Officer
- Dependable and alert at all times
- Prior security experience is an asset
- Good communication and observation skills
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Applicant must reside on the Island
