It was really great to see the school children of the San Pedro Roman Catholic School so involved in Culture Day that was observed on Friday, February 25, 2011. Involving the children in activities such as this one teaches them to appreciate all the diverse cultures in our beautiful country. They reasearch the customs, traditions, typical food, clothing and music and get to play the part of a culture/race different form their own. This hands on experience is the best way for them to learn and so much fun!
