Congratulations to Gracie Brown – Miss Isla Bonita Elementary School 2011.
The Miss IBES Pageant was held on Saturday, March 19 at the Rafael Angel Nuñez Auditorium. Gracie is a standard 3 student and was being sponsored by Milo’s Center. Gracie won the popularity contest with a total of 425,072 votes. Once again congratulations to Ms. Gracie Brown!
