Bouncing back from the destruction of Hurricane Earl last year, we think that Ramon’s Village can boast the coolest pier on Ambergris Caye. What do you think? It’s pretty magnificent, right?
With over $10 Million dollars in damages to Ambergris Caye in 2016, Hurricane Earl pretty much destroyed all of the piers and over-the-water structures; very few remained standing. The Ramon’s Village Dive Shop sustained major damage, washing away with most of the resort’s pier. It has taken the Ramon’s Village about a year to make final completions to the new pier and dive shop, but as they say, “They came back better than ever!”
