Thursday, June 26, 2014, families and friends gathered at R. Angel Nunez auditorium to support and celebrate the Isla Bonita Elementary School’s Fashion Fiesta. It was an end of the year summer send-off and fundraiser for the school’s students.
Hosts of the night Standard Five student Gaven Zapata and his grandfather Angel Nuñez kicked off the show as students entertained friends and family by throwing a fun fashion show showcasing the latest in sports, beach and evening wear from local stores and boutiques. The fashion fiesta had many dance and song performances from the island’s best talent: Elina Palma, Neslen Rivero, San Pedro Dance Academy and San Pedro Revolution Dancers.
