2014 Graduations in San Pedro

Ambergris Today

The month of June is a pretty busy one here on the island as it is graduation season. Here are a few pictures with this year’s 2014 graduates.

San Pedro RC School

A total of 90 students graduated from the San Pedro Roman Catholic School on Friday, June 20, 2014. The commencement exercise took place at the Angel Nuñez Auditorium under the theme “Set out each day believing in your dreams. Know without a doubt that you were made for great things”. The welcome address was delivered by Shanelle Palma, Valedictory Address by Kylie Alamilla and Vote of Thanks by Rowel Rivero.

Isla Bonita Elementary School

The graduating classes of Isla Bonita Elementary School consisted of ten proud graduates. The graduation service and commencement exercise took place on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Paradise Theater under the theme “New Directions, New Journeys, We’re on our way”. The Salutatory address was delivered by Grace Brown, Valedictory Address by Kaiya Cabral and Vote of Thanks by Orlando Carcamo.

Ambergris Caye Pre-School

The Ambergris Caye Pre-School held its first graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the Lions Den. Nine proud graduates received their first diplomas as they proudly graduated from pre-school. The welcome address was delivered by Edward Dolores, Graduation Address by Ashley Badillo and Vote of Thanks by Eric Henkis.

Ambergris Caye Elementary School

Eight students graduated from Ambergris Caye Elementary School on Thursday, June 26, 2014. The welcome address was delivered by Ms. Jessica Perez, graduation address (guest speaker) – Mr. Gabriel Nunez and Valedictorian speech was given by Mr. Natahn Lisbey.

Holy Cross Anglican School

A total of 34 students graduated from Holy Cross Anglican School on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Paradise Theater. Stephanie Chi delivered the Salutatorian address, Antu Baretto gave the Valedictorian Speech and Jennifer Bijil gave the vote of thanks.

Holy Cross Anglican Pre-School
