Proud To Be Miss San Pedro

The Miss San Pedro Pageant goes back to 1955 with our very first Miss San Pedro, Miss Leni Aguilar Alamilla. At times they were appointed by the primary school principal.  At times they were selected with a popularity vote of the public.  But most of the time they have been chosen with a panel of judges. This proud tradition has continued throughout the years with lovely girls in their own rights and San Pedro has always made them felt welcome, appreciated and honored. There were no big prizes or expensive tours, but there was a lot of pride in this title.  In this lovely flashback we enjoy the 1989 winner of the Miss San Pedro Beauty Pageant, our lovely Martha Sabido Duran.  She was chaperoned by Raul Graniel and the Michael Jackson of her days, young Jeffrey Eiley. Long live all our Queens.
