Belize Telemedia Limited officially inaugurated its newly renovated Telemedia Customer Service Center here in San Pedro on Monday, November 28, 2011. Invited Guests, BTL Management and other officials gathered at the BTL compound for the grand occasion.
San Pedro Office Supervisor, Mrs. Teresita Guerrero delivered the welcomed address after which General Manger of Customer Service and PR, Mrs. Dionne Miranda addressed the crowd and delivered a message on behalf of the BTL Management.
“Team Telemedia is working arduously to continue providing the best service for you our customers,” stated Mrs. Miranda. “We are working to improve from the inside, beginning with our Customer Service Centers and extending our network of telecommunications. We have improved our centers at Independence, Dangriga and now San Pedro.”
“We decided to tie in this momentous occasion with the Township celebration since San Pedro has come a long way. San Pedro is always pushing BTL to be bigger and better and for us to expand our services always; wanting the best in technology. With this in mind, we strive to be the best and expand our network of telecommunications,” stated Mrs. Miranda.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Lisbeth Butler, Country Manager of Customer Service. Special performances were delivered by the San Pedro Dance Company for the enjoyment of all present. The ribbon cutting was performed the Mrs. Miranda and Mrs. Guerrero after which Rev. Father Arturo AñoNuevo officially blessed the newly renovated Customer Service Center.
After the official ceremony invited guests and Telemedia team enjoyed delicious snacks and refreshments.
