Belize Brewing Company enters partnership with leading International Brewer – Belize Brewing Company Limited (BBCo) announced on Friday, May 11, 2018, that it has taken Heineken International B.V. (HEINKEN) as a minority stake partner.
This is a strategic relationship which provides BBCo with a strong international partner (the second largest brewer in the world), access to global procurement, international best practices, and greater potential growth in the CARICOM and beyond.
HEINEKEN, a publicly traded company, is first and foremost a brewer… A brewer in which the Heineken Family owns majority voting rights, which makes it a Family Company who shares similar corporate values as BBCo.
With the support from our world class partner, we look forward to improving and growing our company and brands locally and internationally, whilst we continue to invest in Belize.
