Famous Photographers Skydive the Belize Blue Hole

Just a normal day in Belize! WOW! This week we feature two amazing posts by famous content creators/photographers/filmographers Sam Kolder and Jacob Riglin who are currently in Beilze. They are in the country working on their Project Uprise which had them skydiving over the Great Blue Hole of Belize. Okay! Maybe it’s not a normal day as not many people get the opportunity to visit the Blue Hole, yet skydive over it. Below are the two Instagram posts of Sam Kolder and Jacob Riglin.

Sam Kolder posts: “Yesterday myself and the #projectuprise team flew out 50 miles over the ocean at an altitude of 14,500 ft. With no land in sight the only reference point we had was this tiny blue hole down below that was starting to disappear below the clouds. We jumped out, linking arms In a star formation we held this until about 6000ft when we had entered the last layer of clouds. It was quite the sight passing through a thick layer of cloud to revealing one of the wonders of the world below me. I pulled my parachute at about 4500ft and cruised down towards the hole trying to comprehend the reality of what just happened. Truly an unforgettable experience. THANK YOU to @nickleventis and the rest of the crew that made this possible! This photo was shot on the new @gopro #gopromax

Jacob Riglin posts: “Skydiving into the Great Blue Hole, Belize; Bucket list item complete. Yesterday was incredible, the #ProjectUprise squad flew 50 miles off the coast of Belize and skydived into the Great Blue Hole, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, landing right in the middle. Here’s an iPhone video as I flew above the hole, check out my stories for more.”
