On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, Digi continued with its rollout of its DigiLearn project by distributing brand new Dell Convertible Laptops programmed with M365 Educational tools to first and second form students at San Pedro High School in San Pedro.
San Pedro High School was chosen as one of the schools to be a part of the pilot project in April of this year by the Belize Ministry of Education partnered with Digi Belize in collaboration with Microsoft. This time around both first and second form students were presented with laptops.
With the inclusion of DigiLearn in schools, students will become more engaged in their own learning environment. Teachers from participating schools were all trained in using the laptops and will conduct in house training for their students. With the advancement of global technology, digital learning has evolved and is now being adapted in the classrooms allowing teachers and students to unlock limitless learning opportunities!
