Dorian’s Angels at Hurricanes Ceviche Bar & Grill
Word around town about a new ceviche bar and grill reached Dorian’s Angels and the girls wasted no time and headed out to check out the new place for themselves. Mr. Daniel Nuñez and his wife Ms. Elodia Ewens, owners of the famous Tanisha Tours, were more than please to have us Angels at their newest addition of their business, Hurricanes Ceviche Bar & Grill, located on the beachside between Sunbreeze Hotel and Ramon’s Village.
Hurricanes Ceviche Bar & Grill is the place for friends and family to be and enjoy the best ceviches in town, great food and delicious and refreshing drinks. All three Angels were invited to the kitchen to help out the chef prepare some ceviches. Shrimp, conch, octopus and horse conch (maimula) were all in the menu for us to prepare. Squeeze the lime, cut the vegetables, mix it up and the spices, all three Angels were busy preparing some finger licking ceviche under the supervision of Ruben Guerra.
After having prepared our ceviche we left the rest of preparation for Ruben and his assistant Ana to finish and we headed out to the bar where bartender/waiter Roberto Narvalles was waiting for us to stir up a “hurricane”. Delsie wasted no time in preparing some Piña Coladas for her and Pearl, while I prepared some Strawberry Daiquiris for myself and the Boss and a Melon milk shake for Gerry.
We had a great time enjoying the cool breeze and beautiful scenery while enjoying four delicious ceviches and drinks. Hurricanes also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; some of their menu items include French Toast, Breakfast Burritos and Omlettes (for Breakast), Rice & Beans with Stew Chicken, Beef of fish, Mexican Platters, Lemon Chicken, Pineapple Chicken, Shrimp Creole and more.
So if you’re looking for a great place to hang out with friends have a few drinks with some ceviche or simply looking to have a great plate of food with your family, go on over to the newest Bar & Grill in town, Hurricanes Ceviche Bar & Grill. The Grill is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Bar 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Closed on Tuesday). And remember that if the Angel’s recommend it, it’s gotta be GOOD!!
