Dorian’s Angels at San Pedro Water Jets International
Dorian’s Angels have been seen here, there and everywhere. If there is a new business in town you bet that you can find Dorian’s Angels there, but this week the girls were planning on doing something new; visiting another place, another country! And so the girls decided to head to Chetumal Q. Roo, Mexico and what better way to get there than by travelling with San Pedro Water Jets International.
Prior to our trip owner of the San Pedro Water Jets International, Mr. Giovanni Marin, hosted the Angels as he personally gave us a tour of his new boat while he explained to us all the perks that come along with travelling with his company.
The 46-foot boat holds a total of 61 passengers who can either choose to sit inside or on top next to the captain. The direct run to Chetumal is only a 90 minute boat ride which seems short while you ride in comfort enjoying a movie, snacks and refreshments or ride on top while enjoying the cool breeze and sun. The service from the staff and crew is excellent and the ride is such a pleasant one; you cannot ask for anything better.
The Angels had a great time traveling to Chetumal on Jets Express – it’s a simple and easy way to get to Chet without the long lines at both borders when you travel by road. You get stamped by customs before you board the boat, fill out a small form that you give to Mexican customs and get stamped for your entry in Mexico. Coming back is also a breeze with another stamp on your passport upon leaving and arriving to San Pedro, with a spot check from Belizean customs.
San Pedro Water Jets International is committed to providing the best service to its customers and to assure that they are comfortable and safe during their trip. Safety highlights on the vessel include multiple exits of the enclosed boat, fire extinguishers, lifejackets for each passenger and comfortable individual seats with pillows. Even motion sickness bags are provided if you are the type that gets a bit sea sick.
San Pedro Water Jets International leaves San Pedro at 8:30a.m. (local time) and leaves Chetumal 3:30p.m. (Chetumal Time) daily. So if you’re planning your next trip, make your reservations online at www.sanpedrowatertaxi.com or visit their office at the end of Black Coral Street by the lagoon side. Office hours are from 7a.m. to 6p.m. daily. And remember, if the Angles recommend it, it’s gotta be good!
