You know this is a fairly old photograph because you do not see the spanking new Belize Bank to your right. You do not see the new Lions Den Building in the far background. What you do see is one of those British-make old Land Rover Jeeps used as Taxis in San Pedro some time ago. Miss World Beilze was parading the streets along with the Sunshine Dancers. Another thing that you do see in this flashback is grass on the sandy street of San Pedro. If there is anything that people, especially visitors, do miss about our old and quaint San Pedro it is the sandy streets. It is for this reason that we should do everything in our powers to conserve the beautiful Sand on our beaches and the way to do so is to stop any type of vehicular traffic on the beach.
