Caye Caulker “Not a Lot of Hoop or Hoopla but Still and Always a Lot of Fun” is a new book that captures a collection of words and images on how the authors felt. One of the them is Tina Auxillou, an islander of Caye Caulker, who shares her memories of growing up on the Caye. The other two authors are Susanne Michelus & Jason Elliots, frequent visitors to the island. They both capture the vibe and true essence of Caye Caulker village life, sharing their perspective through photographs and words.
The book is a beautiful collaboration and journey in words and images about the island of Caye Caulker, Belize. The book was executed as a self production with an on-demand-printing company (Blurb.com) and their virtual bookstore. The book was published online on Blurb and can be viewed or purchased at www.blurb.com/books/1276400
