Sean McDermott will once again be performing on Ambergris Caye on June 10 and June 12 at the new Paradise Theatre located just across the bridge at Reef Village Resort at 8pm. He will be donating the proceeds of his performance to San Mateo Road Building Fund to help complete a proper road for San Mateo.
The contribution for the performance is $50Bze per ticket. Advance tickets can be purchased at Reef Village Resort lobby. Sean performed in San Pedro about ten years ago and raised $140,000Bze to assist in finishing the Lions Hospital.
Sean has had the lead in over 20 Broadway shows such as Starlight Express, Miss Saigon, Jackel and Hyde, West Side Story, Grease, Carousel, Show Boat, Chicago, Jesus Christ Superstar, to name a few and has performed for three presidents and played Heart Jessup in the day time soap “Guiding Light” as well as playing the bad guy on Desperate Housewives.
He has also made three records – New York Nights, My Broadway, Piece of Sky, all produced in London in Abby Road recording studio where the Beetles became famous. In 2007 he performed with Barbara Streisand as one of the four El Divo’s on her European Tour of ten countries.
Sean will be autographing his Cd’s and pictures with Barbara Streisand between 7 and 8pm on Friday, June 11 at The Palm Restaurant at Reef Village Resort.
