– Press release – Currently, Ambergris Caye Elementary School (ACES) is promoting our annual Miss ACES pageant. Each year a group of students compete in four categories; Personal Development, Group Presentation, Talent, and Formal Wear. This year the event will be held at the Lion’s Den at 6:30 pm on June 16th. Teaching a child civic responsibility is one of the critical areas of development we try to help every child achieve. Promoting this event and rewarding the children for their efforts in raising funds for the school becomes a significant part of the reinforcement process. In order to make this event a success, we, as teachers and Board of Directors, are reaching out to the business community to ask for donations. ACES is operated solely on tuition and donations through benefactors like yourself.
