Twelve finalists competed at the 7th Annual Reef Radio Teleradio Karaoke Competition that took place at Jaguar’s Temple Night Club on Thursday, September 15, 2011, in which a newcomer to the competition took the top prize of $2,000 in cash.

2nd Place – Joel Andino $1000.00 (left, in blue)
1st Place – Claudia Handal – $2000.00 (center, in black).
In a press release, Reef Radio extends a big thank you to all the sponsors, to all those who went to Jaguar’s, the television viewers and radio listeners. The final show will be repeated on channel 20 at a date to be announced on the morning show this coming week.
Reef Radio TV productions also takes this opportunity to inform the public that it is embarking in a Children Talent Search in San Pedro Town. This talent show is for children 12 and under. Children may enter this competition with any talent they want to display, it can be dancing, singing, poetry, playing an instrument etc.
“We are currently visiting schools and inviting them to be part of this competition,” stated a member of Reef Radio in a press release. “It will be five weeks of competition to select the top ten acts followed by a grand final show to pick the winners.”
The winning child or group and the school that they represent will win cash prizes. More details will be forthcoming on the Morning Show on Reef TV local channel 20.
