Gene Simmons proposed to Shannon Tweed during a beautiful San Pedro sunset at the end of the dock at Victoria House Resort. The show ended before Shannon gave her answer to Gene. Today, October 4, 2011, marks the season premier of the Gene Simmons Family Jewels that features the wedding episodes. The show starts where it ended last season, at the end of the pier in San Pedro in a special one-hour premier.
Gene Simmons Family Jewels airs on A&E (Local Channel 104 at 9p.m. with a repeat at 10p.m.)

Not a secret that “The Answer” was a ‘YES”, Gene and Shannon, who have been together for 28 years, celebrated their marriage with 400 guests, among them were daughter Sophie, 19, who served as maid of honor. Don’t forget to watch!
