FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca Cola Comes To Belize

For the 2014 FIFA World Cup™, Coca­-Cola is creating the world’s most inclusive, participatory experiential event ever. The FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola will give more than one million people across the world the chance to experience the FIFA World Trophy™ in their own communities. And this year Belize is included.  The FIFA World Cup™ Trophy arrived in Belize City on, Thursday, November 7, 2013.

Local Coca-Cola bottler Bowen & Bowen Limited planned an unforgettable day for Belizean football fans inclusive of the rare opportunity of an up close view of the one-of-a-kind, solid gold trophy, specially produced paraphernalia and photo opportunities. This is the largest and longest global tour of the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy. Visiting more countries than ever during its nine month journey, the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola will be the first ever pan-Latin America tour, with events scheduled in 39 countries across the region.

FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca Cola Comes To Belize

The tour started in Brazil on September 9th and continues through Central America and the Caribbean.  The trophy will travel to Africa, the Middle East, Asia, South and North America and Europe, to return to Brazil in late April 2014, in time for the start of the World Cup.
