The launching of the 2014 Belize Telephone Directory brings with it a combined feeling of pride and excitement for BTL as a company and for the staff members who were intimately involved with putting together this sought after information guide. Circulated countrywide, BTL’s Telephone Directory is the only such publication of its kind in the entire country and can be found in almost every household.
This year’s cover selection was done via the Company’s Facebook page which encouraged online interaction and participation of our fan base. Individuals were able to make any number of submissions capturing the theme of their Belizean adventure. The top three pictures with the most ‘likes’ were selected as the first, second and third place winners.

Of the hundreds of submissions received, the picture submitted by Mr. Daren Lamb ranked first with a total of 1,396 likes. Gracing this year’s cover is his uniquely spectacular and uncommon wilderness experience that encapsulates the combined beauty of the Caribbean Sea and a determined Tern. In addition to capturing the bragging rights to have his picture grace the cover of this year’s Telephone Directory, Mr. Daren Lamb was also rewarded with an Apple iPad 4 and 1 year free Digicell service.
The 2014 Telephone Directory’s “All about Belize” section highlights some of the more popular Belizean adventures which both our visitors and locals can experience. Belize, known as the ‘melting pot’ of Central America beams with an array of adventures yet to be explored. With so much of our natural environment still healthy and intact, travelers and locals are able to explore and create unique adventures of their own.
