Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Belize Her Excellency Lissette Perez Perez presented her credentials to the Governor General of Belize H.E. Sir Colville Young at the Belize House in the City of Belmopan on November 1, 2016.
Ambassador Perez expressed her pleasure in being in Belize and conveyed her country’s commitment to continue to strengthen bilateral relations with Belize, as well as with the Caribbean Community. The Governor General accepted her credentials, welcomed her to Belize and expressed his gratitude to the Republic of Cuba’s commitment to Belize.
Her husband and Ambassador, H.E. Said Guerra of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accompanied the Ambassador.
