On March 24, 2017, approximately 16 families lost their homes due to a fire in Belize City. It’s always devastating to lose a home with all your essential needs, that is why the People’s United Party of Belize Rural South knew they needed to help.
The People’s United Party, Belize Rural South, United Women’s Group organized a collection of items for the fire victims in Belize City. Five big bags and one box filled with clothes, shoes, towels, and some dishes have been packed and will be taken to the city for the affected families. The PUP wishes to thank its supporters who gathered these items for the people who lost their belongings. “Together nothing is impossible! Today its you, tomorrow it could be me!”
