Official police reports confirm this today, Wednesday, July 12, 2017, that Anke Doehm has been arrested and charged for the crime of “Cruelty to a Child” while David Doehm will be formally arrested and charged tomorrow, Thursday, when he is taken out from Kolbe Foundation, Belize Central Prison on a removal order.
The arrests come in compliance with directive from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). This crime is tried only on indictment and carries a sentence of a 10-year prison term. The investigation regarding the death of Faye Lin Cannon continues.
