San Pedro Police arrested and charged William James Mulligan, 40 year-old, businessman of San Pedro Town for discharging a firearm in public.
Mulligan appeared before Magistrate Aretha Ford on Monday, August 27, 2018 where he pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was accused of discharging a firearm on the beach in San Pedro Town and because of the serious nature of the offence he was denied bail. Mulligan was remanded to Hattieville prison where he will remain until his next court date on October 31, 2018.
