A palapa is pretty much a signature look for most resorts and bars in Belize. It speaks much of the Caribbean and the tropics as it is a sign of relaxation, freshness and fun! There is always something FUN taking place under a palapa; be it a picnic, a family reunion on the beach, a beach party or barbeque, a large celebration or just a simple siesta on a hammock.

There is always something going on at Rojo Beach Bar as it has garnered the popularity of being a very social spot both day and night. Their cocktails are amazing, food is superb and the staff is one-of-a-kind!
