Miss Krystle Ann Castillo Weds Mr. Robert Brent Hurley
Miss Krystle Ann Castillo and Mr. Robert Brent Hurley were united in marriage on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at three o’clock in the evening at the San Pedro Roman Catholic Church in San Pedro Town, Belize. The ceremony was officiated by Fr. Daniel Nuñez, S.O.L.J. Music for the ceremony was provided by Miss Nathalie Arceo. A seated dinner and reception was held at the Blue Water Grill. The couple would like to give a special thanks to all the vendors for doing a splendid job. The floral designer was Marcia Bouloy of Supreme Creations. The wedding stylist was Carole Goudreau of CG Esthetics. Program designs were provided by Luis Panti of Gecko Graphics. Videography was provided by Island Films. Photography was provided by Olivera Rusu Photography. Cakes were provided by Chef Amy Knox and the music provided by Cool J’s Band. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was held at Red Ginger Restaurant.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfonso Castillo Jr. of San Pedro Town, Belize. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lucia Eck and the late Mr. Edward Eck of Isabella Bank, Belize and Mr. and Mrs. Alfonso Castillo Sr. of Hope Creek, Stann Creek District, Belize. The groom is the son of Mr. Robert Hurley and Mrs. Mary Summey of Charleston, West Virginia. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Anderson of Nitro, West Virginia and Mrs. Mary Hurley and the late Mr. Arthur Hurley of Cross Lanes, West Virginia.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a Strapless Satin White Ball Gown. The gown featured beaded embroidery, beaded bodice pickup, Cathedral train, and was complemented by an Elbow length two tier veil with Floral Motif. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of Pink Stargazer Lilies and Pink Premium Roses.
Miss Samantha Bradley, friend of the bride, served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids included Miss Candice Castillo, sister of the bride, Miss Paula Hoare, and Mrs. Jamie Shaw, both friends of the bride. The flower girl was Miss Caitlin Espejo, cousin of the Bride. The Maid of Honor and bridesmaids wore cocktail-length gowns in Rose Petal and Watermelon with form fitting strapless bodice that showcased flattering ruching detail and short pick up skirt that complemented the bridal gown. Each carried a hand-tied bouquet of Dark Pink Stargazer Lilies and Premium Roses.
Mr. Jonathan Shaw, friend of the groom, served as Best Man. Groomsmen included Mr. Edward Parham, Jr. and Mr. Vijay Wilkerson, both cousins of the bride and Mr. Sam Sapp, friend of the groom. Mr. Malakai Espejo, cousin of the bride, served as Ring Bearer.
The bride is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, Master of Science degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration. She is an Accountant for a government agency. The groom is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He is in the Master of Science in Criminal Justice graduate program at the University of Cincinnati. He works for the Supreme Court. The bride and the groom met while they were both studying at Wheeling Jesuit University.
The couple is residing in Wheeling, West Virginia.
