As summer vacation draws to an end everyone is getting ready to head back to school, purchasing school supplies and getting everything set. Trips to the beach, play dates and other fun activities that children enjoy during summer are about to end, but what better way to say ‘good-bye’ to this year’s summer vacation than with a relaxing day at the spa – parent and child fun.

We were greeted with big smiles and friendly faces of massage therapists Samira Gonzalez and Dion Vellos who proceeded to get us all comfortable for a full body relaxation massage. The massage is essentially the same as a gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes. What more can a child ask for? Cool Caribbean breeze, soothing music and massage – total bliss and a perfect way to send them off to the start of a new school year!
After the massage, we opted for pedicures (package offers manicure or pedicure). Samira worked on Luis’s feet and Dion on Angel Sofie. They are both certified therapists and nail technicians and work very diligently. Both of them are very friendly, making you feel comfortable while you enjoy their services.
To end the afternoon of fun and relaxation we both got facials. They were the perfect treatment to end the day. Getting treated with seaweed, vitamin C lotions and getting a facial massage was quiet a treat. At the end of our treatment Luis received a free gift and was very happy; he couldn’t stop asking for more massages! Think we have him hooked.
