Belize City, October 20, 2011 – Belize Telemedia Limited is excited to bring BlackBerry® services from Research In Motion (RIM) to DigiCell customers in Belize. Telemedia is scheduled to begin offering comprehensive and attractive mobile solutions for DigiCell customers with support for both the BlackBerry® Internet Service and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server solutions. The company is cognizant that this is a highly anticipated service for many DigiCell customers.

At launch, customers will be able to choose from a variety of BlackBerry devices directly from Telemedia at extremely attractive prices that include warranty support. DigiCell customers with existing BlackBerry handhelds will also be able to activate the BlackBerry service of their choice at any Telemedia Customer Service Center. Technical teams are also working aggressively towards a launch of services for DigiCell prepaid customers before the end of the year.
BlackBerry smartphones offer easy wireless access to email, voice, organizer, Internet and multimedia, as well as, business and lifestyle applications through BlackBerry App World™.
