Crave Restaurant will be hosting the “1st Annual Dinner & Charity Auction for the San Pedro AIDS Commission” on World AIDS Day Thursday, December 1, 2011.
The San Pedro AIDS Commission and Crave are putting together a fantastic evening for you with delicious food, fabulous company, a fun auction and raffle, to raise funds and awareness to help this very worthy cause. It’s going to be red carpet all the way!
The San Pedro AIDS Commission is made up of solely volunteers from all walks of life dedicated to bringing HIV/AIDS education and awareness to our community. As you may be aware, the San Pedro AIDS Commission has embarked in an educational/awareness campaign to help sensitize the general populace about the HIV/AIDS epidemic. This event will help procure much needed funds for this campaign and assist those who have been infected and/or are affected by HIV/AIDS and for the committee to continue its mission to educate.

$65 to include a $10 donation to the AIDS Commission – Dress Code Fancy and RED!!
Appetizer:
Caribbean Ceviche – Conch combined with diced onions, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, cilantro, habanero peppers and marinated in Caye lime juice.
Chili chicken – Boneless chicken marinated in chili sauce and Indian spices
Entre:
Coconut Breaded Chicken Breast – Slender marinated chicken breast deep fried served with an orange ginger sauce.
Caribbean Jerk Snapper – Fresh snapper fillet seasoned and grilled to perfection and topped with a coconut flavored jerk sauce, served with fried ripe plantains.
Dessert:
DandE’s Ice Cream – Dan & Eilleen are creating an Ice cream especially for this event that will be placed on the Crave menu and a donation made for every sale throughout the year.
