American Idol fans might have recognized her while she vacationed in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. Former American Idol contestant Kimberly Caldwell just recently celebrated her marriage to professional soccer player Jordan Harvey with a honeymoon in La Isla Bonita.
The celebrity couple got married bringing in the New Year and then immediately came to Belize for their honeymoon. “And it begins! Honeymoon at the #MatachicaResort in Belize”, commented Kimberly on her first honeymoon post on her personal Instagram account on January 3, 2015.

Looking at Kimberly’s Instagram posts, the couple stayed at the Mata Chica luxury resort, located in north Ambergris Caye, swam with the sharks at Hon Chan Marine Reserve’s Shark Ray Alley, visited the Maya Ruins of Lamanai and went ziplining in the jungles of mainland Belize.
“From caving to visiting the Mayan ruins plus wining, dining, and relaxing, we are so excited for our once-in-a-lifetime romantic adventure,” commented Kimberly.
Kimberly finished seventh place in 2003 on the second season of American Idol, of which Ruben Studdard claimed the title, and has worked as a TV correspondent for the TV Guide network and Oxygen’s Best Ink. She presently writes a column for Sophisticates Hairstyle Guide. Jordan Harvey is an American soccer player who currently plays for Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer.
