The children of San Pedro are once again privileged to have dentists, RNs, assistants and a hygienist volunteering at the Holy Cross Smile Clinic! Brennen Blaha from Platte City, Missouri; RN Amanda Snedegar from Baltimore, Maryland; Asst. Trent Blaha from Platte City, Missouri and RN Carla Snedegar also from Baltimore, Maryland.
The team provided oral hygiene instructions, fluoride varnish and toothbrush kits to each student that was seen. Preventative treatment is the best oral care any of the children can receive. Not to mention, fillings and a few extractions were performed. Overall it was an excellent experience for first-time team members to love on the children at Holy Cross Anglican School.
