You may think that fresh fish is easily accessible for purchase in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize, but sometimes you cannot find any!! By now the fishing village of San Pedro has ‘almost’ completely transformed into a tourist-centic destination. Fishermen cater to the resorts and restaurants, and locals have to keep an keen eye out for fresh fish. This Pic of the Week show how local fishermen clean their catch of the day right on the beach as they return from their fishing trip.
