Mesa Café held its grand opening party this past Friday, February 3, 2012, with plenty of good food, music, drinks and the company of great friends and invited guests. Owners Zoe Rose Hesse and Patrick Armitage hosted a great evening at San Pedro’s newest restaurant/cafe which is located at the Vilma Linda Plaza across the Seaduced by Belize office on Tarpon Street.
With just a couple of weeks of being open, the island buzz is building on the great food at Mesa. Ambergris Today was in attendance and will definitely be back for more delicious food because just by sampling the light hors d’oeuvres of the evening we know that multiple visits to Mesa are a must. Served to the guests that evening was an amazing thin crust pizza, black bean burritos, Scotish eggs and the super delicous spicky chicken burger sliders, amongst others. Oh! and they have craboo ice cream (homemade). Ambergris Today will bring you more on Mesa as we head back for a full review of their great food and tasty sweet treats. If you can’t wait for our review, then head on over to Mesa Café to try it yourself. (Contact: 226-3444)
