Island Says Goodbye to Father Arturo and Sisters Pauline & Immaculate

Father Arturo, Sister Pauline and Sister Immaculate are leaving the San Pedro Roman Catholic Church as they have been given the responsibility of taking over other missions. The community of San Pedro expresses its most grateful thanks and appreciation to them for the great work they did at the San Pedro Parish. The dedication and effort they put on the improvement and projects in our parish will never be forgotten. Thank you very much; the San Pedro community will always have you in our prayers.

During their stay in our island, Father Arturo, Sister Pauline and Sister Immaculate there was much progress both physically and spiritually. The new adoration chapel, the opening of the office to attend the daily business of the parish, extra chairs and fans for the church, the renovation of the Parish Hall and Catechism lessons for children were only a few of the things Father and Sisters worked for.

Sister Pauline worked very diligently with the children, taught different action songs, how to do the readings every Sunday in the 10:00 a.m. mass and prepared children for the First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Sister Immaculate was very instrumental with the youth and lectors. Thank you Sister Immaculate. They also introduced new ideas on the celebration of the different feasts in our parish for example, Palm Sunday Procession, the Encuentro, Corpos Christi, Fiesta De San Pedro and others.

The San Pedro Community thanks them wholeheartedly for all the effort they put and will do our best to continue to follow their teaching. Farewell Father Arturo, Sister Pauline and Sister Immaculate.
